Sunday, June 27, 2010. What I found surprising was how many ways a person can actually learn. I admit I didnt realize how many different forms of learning or how many styles of learning I needed to understand before I could become an effective teacher. In teaching adults, I have learned more that adults. 3 who are motivated to seek out a learning experience do so primarily because they have a use for the knowledge or skill being sought. Learning is a means to an end, not an end in itself.
